Deliveries

Our postage charges are based on Yodal 3 day delivery UK Mainland only; you will be charged at cost as we make no hidden profit on this.

We aim to dispatch your order by the next working day. If there is likely to be a delay we will notify you by phone or e-mail.

Returns Information

Suffolk Wood Veneers aim to provide top-quality products and service, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We carefully check all orders prior to dispatch. Veneer is a natural wood product, and can be quite fragile. Small splits can easily occur, but this is quite usual and they can be easily repaired. However, unfortunately items can sometimes get lost or damaged in transit due to factors beyond our control. 

If an item arrives damaged in any way please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Refunds are given at the discretion of company management. You can contact us via email, phone or post using the details on the contact page.

Every care has been taken to describe items as accurately as possible. However, interpretations of goods may vary, and different monitors may not represent colours as truly as we would wish. Suffolk Wood Veneers shall not be liable for any consequential loss whether this arises from breach of duty in contract or any other way. Liability for any claim shall not exceed the goods supplied. This does not affect your statutory rights.
